About VIXII

At VIXII, we're redefining what demi-fine jewellery looks like.

Inspired by over 2,500 years of Indian Polki heritage and reimagined through a colourful, modern and ethical lens, we create jewellery for people who choose character over perfection.

Every piece is handcrafted in India using our signature Lab Grown Polki Diamonds - unique, uncut and beautifully imperfect. From everyday cord bracelets to statement necklaces, our collections are designed to be layered, lived in and thoughtfully gifted.

We're still at the beginning of our journey, which means you'll have the opportunity to help shape one of the UK's most exciting emerging jewellery brands from the inside.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, organised and social-first Brand & Content Assistant to help bring VIXII to life across every customer touchpoint. You'll be a self starter that works closely with the Head of Marketing & Growth and the wider team to create content, launch products, grow our community and build a brand world that people genuinely want to be part of!

No two days will look the same. One day you might be filming TikToks, the next you're planning a press and influencer event, creating email copy, helping style a campaign shoot or brainstorming content opportunities for our next pop-up shop.

If you live and breathe social, have a great eye for design and trends, and love creating content that people actually want to watch, we'd love to meet you! (Bonus if you love jewellery or have any jewellery experience, as Polki can be tricky to shoot!)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Meta Ads
  • Filming, editing and publishing engaging short-form content, working with our AI creative team to help execute ideas
  • Writing captions, social copy and community-first content
  • Supporting campaign launches, product drops and brand activations
  • Supporting content management across ecom and marketplaces, including overseeing new product uploads
  • Helping organise content shoots, creator collaborations and influencer gifting
  • Managing our social media channels and engaging with our community every day, spotting trends early and turning them into VIXII content
  • Monitoring social performance and sharing ideas to continually improve results and test new things
  • Supporting email marketing, website copy and broader brand communications
  • Researching competitors, creators and cultural moments to keep VIXII ahead of the curve, keeping on top of these in the Marketing Calendar
  • Assisting with pop-ups, events, photoshoots and exciting brand projects as we grow

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years' experience in social media, content or brand marketing
  • Lives and breathes social media
  • A brilliant eye for aesthetics, storytelling and visual trends
  • Loves fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands
  • Confident creating content on an iPhone as well as editing it
  • Organised, proactive and happy wearing multiple hats
  • Enjoys working in a fast-moving startup where ideas quickly become reality
  • Excited by building something from the ground up and helping to shape socials

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (or similar)
  • Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo or Meta Business Suite
  • Experience briefing or working with creators and influencers
  • Photography or styling experience
  • Basic paid social knowledge
  • Experience shooting and editing product photography or jewellery content

Why Join VIXII?

We're a small team with big ambitions. This isn't a role where you'll only schedule Instagram posts, you'll help shape the future of the brand. You'll have real ownership, creative freedom and the opportunity to work on everything from product launches and campaigns to events, pop-ups and partnerships.

If you love creating content, spotting trends before everyone else and building brands that people genuinely connect with, you'll feel right at home!

About VIXII

VIXII is the world's first lab-grown Polki diamond demi-fine jewellery brand. UK-founded and handcrafted in India, we sit at the intersection of heritage craftsmanship and ethical innovation, bringing the richness of Polki to a global audience through a modern, sustainable lens.

Our jewellery is handcrafted by artisans in India, and India sits at the heart of our growth story. We are building our India operations across B2B retail partnerships, pop-ups and D2C, and we need a senior, ownership-driven finance leader on the ground.

The Role

As Senior Finance Manager (India), you will own all financial operations for VIXII's India entity: from vendor payments and artisan cost tracking to GST and TDS compliance, intercompany reconciliations with the UK entity, and monthly reporting to the India Strategy Lead and UK CEO. You will be the sole finance owner for India, with genuine accountability from day one, equally comfortable in the compliance stack and in a financial model.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready books for the India entity (Tally, Zoho Books or equivalent) and process all vendor, artisan and logistics payments
  • Manage B2B receivables including consignment and sale-or-return reconciliations
  • File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), manage input credit, and handle TDS (24Q, 26Q), challans and Form 16/16A
  • Own ROC and statutory compliance and liaise with the CA on annual accounts and tax filings
  • Support UK VAT returns, maintain intercompany accounts and reconcile India-UK monthly
  • Build and own the India financial model: revenue by channel, COGS, margins, cash position and variance commentary
  • Maintain a rolling weekly cash-flow tracker and flag budget variances proactively

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years in finance, accounts or FP&A, with real ownership of compliance and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS and Indian statutory compliance; UK VAT or cross-border exposure a strong advantage
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling: builds a P&L, cash-flow and scenario analysis from a blank sheet
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books or a comparable platform
  • Organised, proactive with deadlines, and a clear communicator with leadership
  • Nice to have: part-qualified CA/CMA, D2C or jewellery experience, transfer-pricing exposure

What You Will Get

Full ownership of the India finance function, numbers that go straight to the CEO, real commercial modelling (not just record-keeping), and a brand worth building.
