VIXII is a jewellery brand based in the UK, and the world's first demi-fine label specialising in Lab Grown Polki Diamonds. We create colourful, characterful pieces using uncut lab-grown diamonds, vibrant hand painted enamel, all of our styles are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India. Every piece is completely one of a kind and 'beautifully imperfect'.

Demi-fine sits between fine jewellery and fashion jewellery, pieces that are beautifully made and designed to last, at a price that doesn't require a special occasion. At VIXII, demi-fine means real craftsmanship, real stones, and real quality from £99.

A few things. We use lab-grown Polki (uncut) Diamonds, a world first in terms of durability and quality at this price point. Every stone is irregular by nature, which means every piece is genuinely unique. We pair those stones with bold enamel colours and handcrafted cord bracelets, resulting in jewellery that has real character. Nothing here is mass-produced.

Every VIXII piece is proudly handcrafted in India by a team of skilled artisans, honouring centuries of Polki jewellery-making tradition while bringing something fresh and contemporary to the craft with our Lab Grown Polki Diamonds.

A Polki diamond is an uncut diamond, used in its natural, irregular form rather than being perfectly faceted and polished like a traditional diamond. Polki diamonds have been used in Indian jewellery for centuries and are prized for their raw, organic beauty. Each stone looks slightly different, which is the whole point.

VIXII uses lab-grown versions of Polki diamonds, created in a controlled environment using the same physical and chemical processes that form diamonds in nature, but without any mining. Our Lab Grown Polki Diamond are a world first, durable, sustainable, and just as beautiful as their mined counterparts. They are not simulants or alternatives, they are real diamonds.

Yes. Because our diamonds are lab-grown, they require no mining and have a significantly lower environmental impact than mined stones. Sustainability is built into how we make everything.

No, and that's the intention. Each uncut Polki diamond is irregular in shape, which means every VIXII piece is genuinely one of a kind. Minor variations between pieces are a feature, not a flaw. This is the beauty of working with uncut stones.

Not currently. Our debut collection focuses on bracelets and necklaces. Watch this space though! New categories are part of the VIXII world we're building.

Each colourway within our collections is produced in limited quantities, and some styles do sell out. We announce restocks and new drops via our newsletter and social channels, so be sure to follow us or sign up to be the first to know!

We don't currently offer jewellery customisation on the website, but we'd love to hear your ideas and wishlist styles! Feel free to email care@vixii.co.uk and we'll pass your feedback on to our small but mighty design team.

We currently ship within the UK and Europe. Please note that orders shipped to Europe may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard delivery is complimentary when you sign up to our newsletter. We also have express delivery options available from £9.99.

In-stock items typically arrive within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and time of year. If there's any unexpected delay, our customer support team will reach out to keep you updated.

For express services, orders placed after the 12pm cut off will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our fulfilment warehouse operates Monday - Friday.

All VIXII pieces are sent in a branded jewellery box designed to be gifted to your loved ones directly.

Yes, you can track your order via the Order Tracking page on our website once your order has been dispatched.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original VIXII packaging. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or have missing packaging.

Email us at care@vixii.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we've confirmed your return is eligible, you'll need to post the item back to us at your own cost and responsibility within 14 days of notifying us. Returns that fall outside this window will not be accepted.

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

If your piece arrives with a fault or damage caused in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at care@vixii.co.uk with photos and your order details. We'll assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Because every VIXII piece is handcrafted and features an uncut stone, minor natural variations between pieces, including small irregularities in the stone, slight differences in cord tension, or subtle variation in enamel, all are a deliberate and celebrated part of our unique designs. These characteristics are not considered faults and are not grounds for a return or refund.

Once we receive your returned item and it passes our inspection, we'll process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a further 4–7 working days to credit your account.

VIXII pieces are designed to be lived in, but a little care goes a long way. To prolong the beauty of your piece we recommend you:

• Remove your pieces before swimming, bathing, or exercising
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, or harsh chemicals
• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• Buff with a soft, lint-free jeweller or silver polishing cloth to restore shine
• Store in your VIXII box when not wearing

Our cords are made to a high standard, but like all cord jewellery, regular exposure to moisture, sweat, or chemicals can affect their appearance over time. Following the care guidance above will help keep your pieces looking their best.

Yes. If your piece needs a repair, contact us at care@vixii.co.uk and we'll advise on the best course of action.

Every piece we create is a reflection of our commitment to timeless design and exceptional craftsmanship. To uphold this promise, each piece is covered under a limited warranty from the date of purchase:

• 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship
• 6 months warranty on gold plating
